Finally found the perfect eyeshadow palette, so ofcourse I wanted to share it with you. I've been looking for a while now to find the right palette with neutral colours, so I was very glad when I ran into this Dr. Hauschka palette when I was buying some vitamin pills at the local drug store. After a quick try out to make sure the quality and pigmentation was good, I bought it. And no regrets, the first time I wore it, it was an extremely hot and sultry day which I spend on a terrace in the full sun, but when I came back home the eyeshadow was still perfectly in place. Another advantage: the make up of Dr. Hauschka is made with only natural ingredients. Can definitely recommend you this one!

In the last picture you see me with wearing the eyeshadow, I used only the two darkest colours. What do you think?

Cuff the outfit

Unfortunately I cannot say that I'm enjoying the hot weather last days. Actually, I hate it. I've exactly one month left to to finish my Bachelor Thesis, but I'm not able to study well last days because of this extremely suffocating and sultry weather. I never expected myself to say this but: Please, let it rain! 

Anyway, these pictures I took yesterday when I allowed myself out of the house for a couple of hours to meet up with friends for some drinks in town. Very simple outfit, but that's exactly what I need with this weather.

Comfy chic day

Wearing my new blouse, love it! The colour is not exactly the same in the pics as in real life, but that's probably caused by the camera flash. I spend my day with studying till the afternoon and then went outside to have drinks at the terrace with a friend, followed by a barbeque at the restaurant where I work. Had a lovely time, now back home to study again. (Proud of myself! ;)). Wanted to wear something comfortable because of this extremely hot weather, so I decided to wear my new sandals from Zara and some shorts.

Since finding out that some clothing at the H&M online shop is earlier in Sale than in the stores, I check out the online shop pretty much every day for good offers. For instance this leather skirt, I was eyening it for a long time in the stores, so you can imagine I was very happy to see that the skirt was available at the online shop for half the price. Lately, I'm forcing myself to wear more colour, so as you can see, I did my job and bought this cute light blue blouse (love the fabric!) and this peach coloured pants. I can think of an endless amount of different looks with these items...

The first thing I noticed when seeing these pictures was my tired look. Jesus, I really look exhausted. I guess that's the result of a week non-stop studying. I have to say that my blog is a very pleasant disctraction from my studies, maybe even too pleasant, as I'm tempted to check out my blog many times each day. 

As you can see I'm wearing my new turquoise lace skirt from Zara, which I'm extremely happy with. I have this stupid habit that when I really love a particular item, I want to buy it in all available colours. As you now I have a similar lace skirt in black from Mango, but right now I have my eyes on this skirt in beige. What do you think, should I get it in beige as well?

Rediscovered in the closet

 While sorting out my jewellery, I ran  into this chunky statement necklace. I have to say I totally forgot about this one, but when trying it on again I really liked it. It goes very well with the clothes that I'm currently wearing a lot. In these pictures I'm wearing it with a tee, blazer, silver jeans and all stars, but I think the necklace would also look very good around the collar of a blouse, for a more chic look.

On the road

Here are some pictures which I took during the last day in Barcelona, a couple of hours before flying back home. I was wearing a comfy and simple outfit with my current favorite jeans. I bought the small black/silver bracelet in a souvenir shop while walking around, I really like it. We went to a great restaurant all in asian style and with amazing decoration. (see the buddha) and treated ourselves with some good food. Good days!

Like my outfit? Got this jumper a couple of weeks ago at H&M, but didn't had the chance to show it on the blog yet. Really love it, I can think of a lot of different ways to wear it. Especially would like to wear it with a skirt in a bright colour (for example turqouise), bare legs and high heels. Speeking of turquoise: I got the Zara skirt which I regret not buying in Barcelona. ;). Today I chose to pair the jumper with some shorts, and I kinda like the result.

Hello there! Even though I didn't have the possibility to take some good shots outside today, I still wanted to show you three of my Barcelona purchases; the black suede bag, the two toned blouse and the belt. Really in love with all my new items, the belt is an eye catcher which I will definitely use a lot. And well, the black suede bag is just perfect because it goes with everything in my wardrobe. Got these amazing silver pants at the H&M sale at the online shop a week ago and I simply want to wear it all the time. 

Didn't have the best day's after I returned from Barcelona. I instantly became sick when I came home (serious lack of sleep, I guess). Besides that, my schedule is packed with everything study-related at the moment and that doesn't make my mood a lot better. And isn't it always huge reality check when you return home from an awesome holiday?
